Highlighter is a paint finish. It is not the same tool as the Glow setting spray, which changes skin sheen from the SPRAYS shelf.

Yes. On a phone or tablet, one finger on the face paints, a drag on the background turns the head, and a pinch zooms. Stamps are placed by holding, sliding, then lifting.
